RTJ Consultants announced today it has been nominated by its client, The Westmoor Club Nantucket for Boardroom Magazine’s Membership Marketing Firm of the Year for 2009.
J. Brent Tartamella, CCM and General Manager of The Westmoor Club commented, “Brainstorming, spearheaded by Tanya and the team at RTJ Consultants, netted the Club an unprecedented $2.5 million in new member enrollment, dues and usage. We proudly support their nomination for Membership Marketing Firm of the Year.”
“We are thrilled about the nomination from The Westmoor Club. Management faced the challenge of growing its membership on a limited marketing budget and with high expectations from owners and members to deliver. When other clubs resorted to reducing initiation fees or eliminating them all together, The Westmoor Club hired us to create bold strategies and transcend traditional membership marketing ideas. The results generated are unheard of in the private club industry in this economic environment and were accomplished in just four months”, said Tanya Blackburn, President, RTJ Consultants.
